Mark Adiedo

Director of Human Resources, Rockefeller Brothers Fund

Mark Adiedo is the director of human resources at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. He is responsible for developing and directing human resource functions and organizational development strategies that support the RBF’s mission, values, and culture. He also provides human resources oversight and guidance to the RBF and its affiliates.

Mr. Adiedo has more than 10 years of experience in nonprofit management, particularly in human resource management and strategy, organizational development, and program management. He has worked and consulted for a number of New York City nonprofits that address issues of homelessness, sustainable development, displaced populations, and global humanitarian assistance. Prior to joining the Fund, he was the Church World Service’s human resource manager, responsible for overseas and New York staff.

Mr. Adiedo is a board member of The Interchurch Center where he presently serves on its personnel and compensation committee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a master’s degree in industrial sociology from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, and a master’s degree in human resource management from The New School’s Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy.
