About the artists:
An accomplished soloist, chamber musician, and musical arranger, Max Schwimmer is co-founder and tenor saxophonist for the award-winning Asylum Quartet. He has presented educational workshops and masterclasses throughout New England, and serves on the faculty of Manchester Community College. He hold a Master’s Saxophone Performance from The Hartt School at the University of Hartford.

Natasha Ulyanovsky conductor, pianist, organist and vocal coach is a graduate of Odessa Conservatory, of the former U.S.S.R. She continued her musical studies with L. Roizman at the Moscow Conservatory, L. Kramer in Germany and J. Dalton at the Queen’s College, Oxford. Before emigrating from the U.S.S.R. in 1989 she was an orchestra artist (organ, piano, harpsichord) and vocal coach at Odessa Opera House, concert organist with Moscow Soyuzconcert (the state concert management for professional musicians) concertizing worldwide. She released two recordings on Melodia label and earned a title of Honored Artist of Abkhazian Republic in1988. Ms. Ulyanovsky concertized in Hungary, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Israel, Poland, Germany and throughout New England. In 2004 she appeared in the program Two Nations-One Love at Carnegie Hall, N.Y. She has taught music (piano, organ, music theory and history)at Hotchkiss School, Kent School, Hartt School, and CCSU,CT. Presently she is holding the Music Director position at Beth Israel Congregation and St. Brigid Catholic Church in West Hartford, CT, and actively performs in USA and abroad.
