APPLICATION FOR EXHIBITS
The following documentation should be included with your application:
- 15 -20 slides of works submitted in a clear plastic sheet, clearly labeled
and numbered with name of artist, title of work, date completed, medium and
dimensions. The top of the slide should be clearly marked.
- A separate sheet which contains the number of the slide, title of work,
date completed, medium and dimensions. A sample form for your convenience
is included.
- Resume or biography of the artist.
- Artist statement commenting on the themes of the work, the process used
or other pertinent descriptive material.
- Additional material if desired, such as catalogues of previous exhibitions,
exhibit announcements or critical reviews.
- A self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of the work.
- Photographers can submit a portfolio of 20 works for consideration.
