HOLIDAY POLICY AT THE INTERCHURCH CENTER
The 2005 holidays are: New Year’s Day January 3, 2005 Martin Luther King , Jr. Day January 17, 2005 President’s Day February 21, 2005 Good Friday March 25, 2005 Memorial Day May 30, 2005 Independence Day July 4, 2005 Floating Holiday July 5, 2005 Labor Day September 5, 2005 History and Heritage Day October 10, 2005 Thanks giving Day November 25, 2005 Day after Thanksgiving November 26, 2005 In lieu of Christmas Eve December 23, 2005 In lieu of Christmas Day December 26, 2005
Should an agency choose to be open on any of these days, they should inform the TIC building management offices. Building services can be provided at a cost to those agencies. |

The Interchurch Center Move-ins & Move-outs for Tenants 1. Tenant move-ins and move-outs shall occur after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays or on weekends. 2. All movers must sign the Building Rules & Regulations for movers, a copy of which is available in the Building Manager’s office. 3. Prior to any tenant vacating leased space, TIC shall be furnished the following documents. A. A report from the managing agent confirming that the tenant does not owe any outstanding fees, rental payments or other amounts included in any fees for move-out services, and B. A letter provided by the tenant and or the tenant’s insurer confirming that the insurance held by the tenant shall cover any damage to the building that may be incurred during the tenant’s move-out. |

Counseling
The Riverside Counseling Center offers individual therapy, pre-martial counseling, divorce and bereavement counseling and workshops on a variety of issues. Sliding-scale fees and a multi-racial staff equipped to help clients with both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of growth and healing are available. For more information call 212-870-6750. Each year The Interchurch Center hosts its annual Trustees Awards Reception and this year we are asking you to give us your suggestions. Do you know of a person at The Interchurch Center who does outstanding work, takes special interest in the building or its tenants? If so, please submit to us their name, title, organization and a brief description as to why you think this person deserves to be honored at this years reception.
