Building Concerns

A recent building inspection revealed a number of tenants continue to discard unwanted materials near the freight elevator on their respective floors. We have asked tenants in the past to please fax or e-mail the Grubb & Ellis Management office in the sub-basement when you have furniture or bulk materials that need to be removed.

 

Cardboard boxes or other recycling materials can be discarded by calling the Grubb & Ellis office for recycling bins (no charge) or flattening the cardboard boxes and leaving them near the freight car at 5:00 p.m. when you leave at the end of the workday (no charge). There will be a charge to an agency requesting furniture removal since this requires ordering an open dumpster, separate and apart from normal nightly trash.

Building Security

Agencies Are Responsible

Because tenant agencies approve the issuance of security passes to their employees, it is important to remember that when an employee leaves a tenant’s employ, whether voluntarily or not, the tenant is responsible for the return of that employee’s security pass to the TIC Office in Room 253.

 

Should an employee leave without returning his or her security pass, the individual agency will be liable for any breach of security or resulting personal or property damage caused by the former employee’s actions relating to The Interchurch Center, its tenants, contractors or their employees.

Attention Tenants :

 

Are you aware that your agency has a mailbox located in The Interchurch Center’s Administrative Offices on the 2nd floor (Suite 253)? 

 

Please note that all future rent and telephone bills will be placed in these mailboxes.  It will be up to your agency to have an authorized person stop in at least 2 times weekly to check on any mail for your office.

 

Also, note many tenants in the building take advantage of this effect yet inexpensive way of keeping others informed  of events/happenings around the building.
